 We offer flat rate shipping for all orders.

Orders are sent in plain packaging with our postal return address as the only identifying marks. Contents are described as ‘swimwear’ for customs purposes.

International Courier (eci) Notes

Please ensure your daytime contact phone number is correct. This will allow the couriers to contact you if they have any difficulty delivering your package.

Please note ECI courier requires a signature on delivery.
ECI (International Courier) deliveries are more likely to attract customs inspection and charges, particularly in Europe and Canada.

Deliveries in particular to Russia, South Africa & Mexico are likely to take 10 business day

Return Policy

We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.

Returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days from date of despatch for Australian customers and within 30 days for international customers.

Exchange items will be sent by registered post in Australia or airmail to international destinations at no charge on your first exchange, but you must return the initial goods to us.

Exchanges requested by courier will incur an extra charge of $ AUD 19.00 being the difference between airmail and courier charge to your destination. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

  • Return items that have been worn will not be exchanged or refunded.
  • Customised items will not be exchanged or refunded.



How to make a Return or Exchange

Please include a copy of the original invoice OR provide the original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a note of the exchange or refund you require.

We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered post. International customers, please mark your return items ‘return items only, NCV’. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.

If you want to add items to your exchange above the price of the original order, we will also need your credit card details. This is because we use a secure – real time third party card clearing service and we do not see your card details from the original sale.

Refunds are processed against the original order number.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive your return items and process your request for Australian customers and 30 days for International customers.
